Job summary

Your Community Health in Victoria is seeking an experienced podiatrist to step into a leadership role as Podiatry Coordinator. Reporting to Allied Health Manager, this fixed-term 0.8FTE position provides parental leave coverage through 31 December 2027 and is based in our Northern Suburbs offices.

You will lead the podiatry discipline, drive service delivery and quality, oversee workforce management, and maintain a 0.3 FTE caseload while supporting team goals and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Relevant podiatry degree and AHPRA registration.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience practising as a podiatrist.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, and operations.

Responsibilities

About the Podiatry Coordinator role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced podiatrist to step into a leadership role and further develop their coordination and people skills. The role provides an opportunity to lead and support a collaborative Podiatry team, contribute to service development and quality improvement, and support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across a range of community health funding programs.

Reporting to the Allied Health Manager, this is a fixed-term part time role (0.8FTE) providing parental leave coverage through to 31 December 2027. Offices located in the Northern Suburbs.
