Job summary

Royal Flying Doctor Service is seeking a dedicated Podiatrist to deliver evidence-based podiatric care across Broken Hill and the Far West network. This role focuses on chronic disease management, preventing complications in high-risk diabetic populations and supporting Aboriginal communities.

Flexible working, full-time, part-time, and FIFO arrangements are available. The position requires current AHPRA registration and suitability checks; you will work in a multidisciplinary team and travel

Qualifications

• Qualified podiatrist with current registration (AHPRA).
• Experience in managing chronic foot conditions and wound care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality podiatry assessment, treatment, and wound care.
• Work with multidisciplinary team to support holistic health outcomes.
• Develop and implement care plans for clients with chronic conditions.
• Liaise with internal staff, external providers and community services.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure continuity of care through follow-ups.
