Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions in Hobart, TAS is seeking a Podiatrist for a permanent role with a broad caseload including private practice, diabetic foot care, aged care and community work, with NDIS and disability services also part of the mix.

You'll manage your own caseload with the backing of an experienced multidisciplinary team, and there is potential commission on top of base earnings for custom orthotics and nail surgery work.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth.
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload in private practice, clinic and community settings.
• Diabetic foot assessments and nail surgery procedures.
• Provide orthotics prescription and management.
• Musculoskeletal podiatry and biomechanics support.
• NDIS and disability-focused services involvement.
• Community and aged care visits and clinic-based consultations.
