Job summary

316 Plumbing Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a qualified Tradesman Plumber to join our fast‑paced, growing team. You will manage multiple commercial projects, plan each job, and ensure deadlines and budgets are met with high quality.

We offer top rates from $50 per hour, a company vehicle, uniform and PPE, a birthday day off, access to heavy equipment, social events and a $500 sign‑on bonus after three months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial plumbing.
• Valid driver’s license and white card.
• No criminal convictions.
• Own hand tools and steel‑cap boots.
• Ability to run multiple jobs with minimal supervision.
• Ability to plan and manage material on site to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Here's what we need from you:

• Drivers Licence
• White card
• No criminal convictions
• Experience using excavators would be an advantage but not essential
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial plumbing
• Run multiple jobs with minimal to no assistance
• Ensure deadlines and budgets are met with little to no defects
• Can confidently manage a team and teach apprentices
• Plan each job, including ensuring material is on site on time
• Have your own set of hand tools and steel cap boots
• Comply with plumbing standards and regulations, ensuring quality control measures are carried out
• Honest, trustworthy, motivated and a team player
• Well-presented and articulate; great people skills and customer service
• Determined, ambitious, driven to succeed and enthusiastic
• Provide high-quality work and be professional
