Qualifications

• No plumbing experience required for first-year applicant.
• Must hold, or be working towards, a current driver’s licence.
• Shows interest in learning the trade and developing practical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Learn residential and commercial plumbing tasks under supervision.
• Support drainage and blocked-drain work.
• Assist with installing and repairing plumbing fixtures.
• Participate in renovations and larger plumbing projects as needed.
• Identify plumbing problems and learn how to resolve them.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Help maintain clean and safe vehicles, tools and work areas.
• Complete required trade training and coursework.
