Job summary

Dankav Developments on the Gold Coast seeks an experienced plumber to join The Alfred construction team in Mermaid Beach. This full-time, site-based role requires delivering plumbing works on a high-rise development, reading plans, and coordinating with site management to maintain safety and quality.

You must hold a current Queensland plumbing licence and a White Card, with demonstrated commercial plumbing experience and the ability to work as part of a construction crew on site.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out plumbing installations, rough-ins, fit-offs and general plumbing works.
• Working across a high-rise residential construction site.
• Reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
• Identifying and rectifying plumbing issues as they arise in collaboration with the Site Manager and trades.
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and in accordance with project requirements.
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Following all site safety procedures and relevant Australian Standards.
• Assisting with construction and defect rectification works as required.

Dankav Developments is a privately owned builder, developer, and property owner operating across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. With landmark projects including The Oxley 1823 in Nobby Beach and the upcoming The Alfred development in Mermaid Beach, we are continuing to grow and are now looking for an experienced Plumber to join our team.

We are seeking a motivated, reliable and experienced plumber to work full-time on The Alfred construction project in Mermaid Beach.

About the Role

This is a full-time, site-based position working directly on the construction of The Alfred.

The successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out plumbing works throughout the construction project and working closely with the site management team and other trades to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out plumbing installations, rough-ins, fit-offs and general plumbing works
• Working across a high-rise residential construction site
• Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
