Job summary

Redshaw Constructions is seeking a Licensed Plumber/Drainer in Gatton, Queensland. Join a team delivering commercial, civil, residential and government projects across the Lockyer Valley and South East Queensland.

You’ll run jobs end-to-end, work from drawings to spec, and mentor apprentices while operating plant where ticketed. Expect a structured ladder with published rates, predictable hours (Mon-Fri, 6:30 starts), and strong on-site support.

What you'll do

Depending on the team and your level: run jobs end-to-end (plan, execute, hand over), work from drawings to spec, complete ITPs and front authority inspections, manage on-site variations, mentor apprentices, and operate plant where you're ticketed. Residential Projects, Commercial Construction or Maintenance — we match the work to where you're at.

The work

Commercial, civil, residential and government projects across the Lockyer Valley and South East Queensland. Run your own jobs end-to-end if you're ready; supported builds alongside senior plumbers if you're newer. Triple-ISO certified (9001/14001/45001), ~20-strong crew, strong systems, and plenty of offsite support so you're not playing politics with clients.
