Qualified Plumbers – Join the Aptus Legacy | Brisbane & SEQ

One Team. One Legacy. Leaving everyone better than we found them.

About Us

At Aptus Plumbing & Gas, plumbing is the medium — what we really deliver is trust, ease, and care.

Founded in 2013, we've grown into one of South East Queensland's leading trade service businesses. 5 stars across 800+ Google reviews — built one job at a time. Our operations span Brisbane, Gold Coast, Moreton Bay, Redlands, and Logan, and we've built that reputation on one simple belief: leave everyone better than you found them — through every job, every conversation, and every connection.

We're not your average plumbing company. We're a team of professionals who take pride in their craft, invest in each other's growth, and are genuinely proud of what we've built.

Our culture runs on three pillars:

• Better Team — we grow together

• Better Clients — we deliver the exceptional, every time

• Better Business — we raise the standard for what a trade business can be

The Opportunity

We're continuing to grow across SEQ and looking for:

Qualified Maintenance Plumbers

to join our high-performing Brisbane team delivering exceptional service across residential, real estate, and commercial maintenance.

This is your chance to be part of something bigger — a business that's setting the new standard for culture and professionalism in the trade.

What We're Looking For

People who:

• Take pride in quality workmanship and get things done

• Bring initiative, energy, and a positive attitude

• Care about the standard they walk past

• Work well independently and as part of a tight-knit team

• Have an eye on growing into leadership or mentorship over time

Requirements

• Current QLD Plumber's Licence

• Experience in domestic and commercial maintenance plumbing

• Gas Fitter's Licence (desirable but not essential)

• Current Driver's Licence

• Solid references and professional presentation

What's in It for You

• Competitive remuneration — we pay well for great people

• Company vehicle, phone & uniforms provided

• Structured training, mentoring & clear leadership pathways

• A genuine team culture built on connection, growth & balance

• A business that invests in its people — not just the work they do

Young or old — if you've got the spark, we'll see it.

Join the Legacy
