Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in platform ownership, product management or technology delivery in complex environments.
• Strong experience managing business-critical technology platforms, including roadmap planning and lifecycle management.
• Proven track record delivering initiatives across multiple teams in Agile environments.
• Experience managing technology vendors and building relationships to achieve delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; aviation/travel tech experience is highly regarded.

We are currently recruiting a Platform Owner - Offer Products to lead the technology that powers Jetstar’s ancillary products and services, from bags, seats and inflight offerings to travel insurance, hotels and Club Jetstar. In this key role, you’ll drive platform strategy, roadmap delivery, operational excellence and vendor partnerships, while working closely with business and technology teams to ensure our Offers portfolio continues to deliver great customer experiences and commercial outcomes.

As our Platform Owner - Offer Products, your focus will include:

• Own and enhance the technology platform supporting Jetstar’s ancillary products and services.
• Define and deliver the platform roadmap, aligning priorities with customer, commercial and technology objectives.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to shape solutions and manage dependencies.

About You

We’re searching for someone who has:

• 3-5 years’ experience in platform ownership, product management or technology delivery within complex environments (Airlines, Banking, Telco industries highly desirable)
• Strong experience managing business-critical technology platforms, including roadmap planning, prioritisation and lifecycle management.
• Proven track record delivering technology initiatives across multiple teams, systems and stakeholders in Agile environments.
• Experience managing technology vendors and building strong relationships to achieve delivery and operational outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with aviation, e-commerce or travel technology experience highly regarded.
