Job summary

ZKS Group invites applicants for a Vac Truck Trainee Operator role in Sydney. No prior experience required; the 12-week fully paid training program includes one-on-one mentoring from experienced operators and hands-on work across civil construction, telecommunications and underground utilities on major Sydney infrastructure projects.

Upon successful training, high-performing trainees will be offered a full-time permanent position.

Qualifications

• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to training.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Safety-focused and aware of on-site protocols.
• Positive attitude and good team player.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence (MR/HR is an advantage).
• White Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.

ZKS Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Vac Truck Trainee Operator to join our growing team based in Sydney. No experience is required – full training is provided. You will receive a fully paid 12-week training program with one-on-one mentoring from experienced operators, hands-on training across civil construction, telecommunications and underground utilities, and the opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects throughout Sydney.
