Job summary

Unyte is seeking experienced Multi Skilled Plant Operators to work across Melbourne and regional Victoria. This casual role offers full-time hours with overtime/penalty rates and requires operating machines such as Moxy, Roller, Excavators, Dozers, and Graders.

Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, 2+ years in a similar role, and experience across civil construction, earthworks, quarry, landfill or mining sectors. GPS/UTS experience and a commitment to safety are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy machinery on civil construction sites.
• Strong safety focus and teamwork.
• Ability to perform general labouring tasks and site maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
• Carry out pre-start checks and routine maintenance.
• Assist with material lifting, loading, and site housekeeping.
• Support crew with general labour tasks and safety compliance.

Job description

Unyte are looking for experienced Multi Skilled Plant Operators to perform work across various sites in Melbourne and regional Victoria.

The Role:

• Operating various machines on a range of civil sites across Melbourne and regional Victoria
• Casual Position with Full-Time hours + Overtime/Penalty rates
• Machine Operating: Moxy, Roller, Excavators, Dozers, Graders
• General Labouring & site maintenance
• Industry competitive payrates

Your Everyday:

• Daily Pre-start
• Operating Various Machinery
• Material lifting and handling
• Conduct basic machine maintenance and safety checks
• Supporting the team with general labouring duties
• Ensure work areas are clean, safe and compliant with safety standards

Your Tickets & Experience

• Driver’s License with reliable transport
• Minimum 2+ Years experience in similar position
• Must be open to LAFHA work
• Experience across relevant industries: civil construction, earthworks, quarry, landfill, mining etc
• Experience with GPS & UTS
• Strong commitment to safety & teamwork
