Job summary

Hymix Australia is seeking a Concrete Plant Manager to lead the Narangba and Windsor plants, focusing on safety, production efficiency, maintenance planning, and cost performance. You will partner with the Supply Chain team to drive continuous improvement and exceptional customer outcomes.

As a visible leader, you will manage daily operations, build strong stakeholder relationships, and foster a culture of Always Safety First while guiding a motivated team through change in a dynamic environment.
