Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a Planogram Merchandiser in Launceston, TAS, to complete varied merchandising tasks such as planograms, POS setup, pricing and ticketing for Australia’s major retailers.

Average 8–12 hours per week, flexible across Monday–Friday with Wednesday essential. Work 2 weeks in advance roster, with a competitive hourly rate and ongoing casual engagement.

Qualifications

• Planogram experience in grocery/retail environments.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously while supporting a team.
• Capability to perform the physical, repetitive tasks of merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain quality planograms in-store.
• Price and ticketing compliance across retailers.
• Submit tasks and high-quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent Brand Influence Group positively and professionally.

Join the BIG team on an ongoing, casual basis as a Planogram Merchandiser. You will be responsible for completing varies merchandising tasks such as planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing supportingAustralia’s major retailers.

About the Role:

Average of 8- 12 hours per week, hours depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. Minimum hours are not guaranteed.

*Flexibility is required across Monday-Friday with Wednesday essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building strong relationships with store personnel
• Creating and maintaining quality planograms in store
• Pricing and ticketing compliance

Successful candidate will have:
