Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual Planogram Merchandiser to support Australia’s major retailers from Coolum Beach and surrounding areas. You will implement planograms, POS sets, pricing and ticketing updates to ensure brand standards are met.

Expect approximately 10 hours per week with flexible Monday–Friday availability across multiple stores. Training is provided, with local work and opportunities for career growth within BIG.

Qualifications

• Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment.
• Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously but with a team focus.
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role.

Job description

Join the BIG team on an ongoing, casual basis as a Planogram Merchandiser. You will be responsible for completing varies merchandising tasks such as planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing supporting Australia’s major retailers.

About The Role

Approximately 10 hours per week in Coolum and surrounds, include Noosa, Noosavile, Peregien springs, Currimindi. Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store.

• Flexibility is required across Monday - Friday with 3-5 day availability

Key Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with store personnel
• Creating and maintaining quality planograms in store
• Pricing and ticketing compliance
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally

Successful Candidate Will Have

• Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment
• Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously but with an overall team focus
