Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is recruiting a casual Planogram Merchandiser to support Australia’s major retailers in Coffs Harbour and surrounds. You will work approximately 5 hours per week, with hours across Monday to Friday and in-store presence as required.

Responsibilities include creating planograms, pricing and ticketing, submitting daily photos, and maintaining strong relationships with store personnel. Training is provided and the role promotes work-life flexibility in a local context.

Qualifications

• Planogram experience in grocery/retail environment required.
• Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously but with a team focus.
• Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks

Job description

Join the BIG team on an ongoing, casual basis as a Planogram Merchandiser. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing supporting Australia’s major retailers.

About The Role

Approximately 5 hours per week in Coffs Harbour and surrounds (suburbs may include, but not limited to Boambee, Coffs Harbour, Moonee Beach and Toormina). Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store.

• Flexibility is required across Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with store personnel
• Creating and maintaining quality planograms in store
• Pricing and ticketing compliance
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally

Successful Candidate Will Have

• Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment
• Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously but with an overall team focus
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
