Swan Hill Rural City Council is seeking a Planning Officer to join the Development Team and deliver quality planning outcomes for the municipality. You will work on planning applications, provide advice to residents and developers, and contribute to sustainable regional growth.

You'll assess permit applications, conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and assist with planning scheme amendments while building strong community relationships.

Qualifikationen

• A qualification in Town Planning, Urban Studies or a related field (or currently studying with relevant experience).
• Knowledge of planning legislation and statutory planning processes.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Well-developed communication and report writing skills.
• A commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
• A current Victorian Driver Licence.
• A Police Check will be conducted on the preferred applicant.

• Salary rangingbetween $78,873 and $89,807 per annum dependent upon qualifications andexperience plus 15% superannuation.
