City of Parramatta is seeking a Planning Agreements Manager to shape infrastructure outcomes for one of Australia’s fastest growing cities. You will lead negotiations for planning agreements, aligning investment with council priorities and community needs.

The role offers hybrid work, a permanent full-time contract, and a remuneration package of $160,067 to $177,439 plus 12% superannuation. You will guide strategic planning, development, and city-building initiatives with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in land use and infrastructure planning is essential.
• Proven ability to negotiate planning agreements with stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation, preparation and delivery of planning agreements.
• Build relations with developers, government agencies, and internal teams.
• Provide strategic advice on infrastructure planning and delivery.
• Mentor staff and drive process improvements.
