Job summary

ElectraLith is seeking a Process / Project Engineer to lead pilot plant design, procurement, installation and commissioning. You will translate process designs into practical, safe pilot systems and support technology scale‑up across development to commercial deployment.

Ideal candidates have 3–10+ years in process engineering, hands‑on execution capability, and experience with pilot plant operations, crystallisation, hydrometallurgy or high‑purity chemical processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Process/Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• Ability to undertake engineering design and technical problem solving.
• Strong understanding of process equipment and industrial plant systems.
• Ability to prepare and interpret engineering drawings, calculations, specifications and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support detailed design and engineering of pilot plant systems (PFDs, P&IDs).
• Develop equipment sizing, datasheets and specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and project managers.
• Assist in procurement packages and RFQs; evaluate vendor proposals.
• Support installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT and problem solving.
• Contribute to safety, risk assessments and compliance with standards.
