Job summary

Main Roads WA is the State Government agency responsible for safely managing WA’s road network and connecting people and places. A full-time role is available with placements in Port Hedland, Karratha, Onslow and Newman, joining a welcoming, tight-knit team.

You will work on civil construction and maintenance across the Pilbara road network, learning on the job under supervision and support that helps you feel welcomed, valued in the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction or maintenance is desirable.
• Willingness to learn on-the-job and follow supervisor guidance.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be part of Main Roads WA, contributing to the safety and management of WA's road network.
• Work in Port Hedland, Karratha, Onslow or Newman as part of a welcoming team.
• Work full time and develop knowledge and skills in civil construction and maintenance across the Pilbara road network.
• Receive on-the-job training guided by your supervisor and a support network.
