Job summary

Forrestfield, Perth, WA region is seeking a casual Pilates Instructor to deliver group reformer and studio classes. Pay is $45 - $55 per class with rostered shifts and no guaranteed hours.

Role requires certification, excellent customer service, strong interpersonal and public speaking skills, and the ability to travel between locations as needed. Proficient computer skills and a valid WA driver’s license are required for coordination and client communication.

Qualifications

• Certification through Club Pilates or comparable program.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Must demonstrate effective group reformer instruction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required.
• Must communicate professionally and effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Must have excellent public speaking skills.
• Must have proficient computer skills.
• WA driver's license with access to reliable transportation; clean driving record; national police check; travel between locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Pilates classes, including group reformer classes, per Club Pilates standards and scheduled times.
• Safely use equipment during each class (hand weights, Exo-Chair, Reformer, Springboard).
• May conduct private, semi-private, or additional sessions as needed.
• Visually inspect equipment before each class to ensure safety.
• Maintain studio upkeep and prepare equipment for the next shift.
