Job summary

seek.com.au is expanding its Griffith operation and is seeking a reliable Pick Up & Delivery Driver to join our team in Griffith, NSW. The role involves daily deliveries and pickups across the Griffith area, operating an MR/HR licensed vehicle, and maintaining safety and documentation standards.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with a 40-hour week and potential overtime. Full-time position based in Griffith NSW 2680.

Qualifications

• MR/HR licence required.
• Experience with multi-drop deliveries preferred.
• No more than 6 demerit points on licence.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol testing.
• Willingness to provide 5-year Driver Licence History Report.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-drop deliveries of general freight and pallets.
• Hand unload freight when required.

Position: Pick Up & Delivery Driver – MR/HR Licence

Location: Griffith NSW 2680

About the Role

As a Pick Up & Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently completing daily deliveries and scheduled pickups across the Griffith area.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Completing multi-drop deliveries of general freight and pallets
• Hand unloading freight where required
• Completing daily scheduled pickups
• Safely operating your assigned vehicle
• Conducting daily vehicle safety and pre-start checks
• Ensuring all freight, parcels and documentation are handled correctly
• Providing professional and reliable customer service
• Following all company safety procedures and road transport requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current MR or HR Licence – minimum requirement
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience, preferably within the transport or logistics industry
• No more than 6 demerit points on your driver's licence
• A strong commitment to safety and customer service
• The ability to safely handle and move freight
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including Drug & Alcohol testing
• Willingness to provide a current 5-year Driver Licence History Report
• Proof of working rights in Australia, such as a valid Passport and/or Birth Certificate
