Job summary

Staff Australia Pty Ltd is recruiting experienced Voice Pickers to join our day shift at a leading distribution centre in Sydney. You will help ensure accurate picking and prepare orders for delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have experience with electric ride-on tuggers, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to meet KPIs. Full working rights and weekday plus overtime availability are required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating electric ride-on tuggers and safe handling of stock.
• Ability to meet KPIs and work in a safety‑conscious environment.
• Must have full working rights and be available Monday to Friday with overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric ride-on tuggers.
• Perform manual handling of stock, including heavy lifting.
• Stack and wrap pallets and assist with general warehouse duties.

Join a leading distribution centre supporting one of Australia's largest retail groups. As a Voice Picker, you will play a vital role in the efficient movement of stock, ensuring customer orders are accurately picked and prepared for delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Due to increased demand and continued growth, we are seeking experienced Voice Pickers to join our high-performing day shift team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a leading distribution centre.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of the DC team, your main responsibilities will include:

• Operating electric ride-on tuggers
• Manual handling, including heavy lifting
• Stacking and wrapping pallets
• General warehouse duties as required

About You:

To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following:

• Confidence in operating electric ride-on tuggers safely
• Strong commitment to safety
• Ability to meet KPIs
• Must have full working rights
• Must be able to work Monday - Friday + OT
