Labourforce is seeking reliable and experienced pick packers to join a busy Hemmant, QLD warehouse. You will pick and pack orders of art and craft supplies, using paper pick sheets and manual handling equipment, with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Working Monday to Thursday 7:30am–4:00pm and Friday 8:30am–3:00pm, you’ll earn $37.00 per hour with weekly pay. The role suits those who are punctual, organised, physically fit, and able to work well in a team.

Labourforce is currently seeking reliable and experienced Pick Packers to join a busy warehouse operation based in Hemmant, QLD.

This role involves picking and preparing orders of art and craft supplies, including canvases, paper, paints, paintbrushes, and other creative materials. The position requires attention to detail, accuracy when picking stock, and the ability to perform manual handling duties throughout the shift.

You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, using paper pick systems and manual handling equipment such as pallet jacks and trolleys to move stock efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing customer orders using paper pick sheets

Locating and selecting stock accurately throughout the warehouse

Handling a range of art and craft supplies, including canvases, paper, paints, paintbrushes, and other creative materials

Using manual pallet jacks and trolleys to move stock during the picking process

Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring items are picked correctly

Assisting with smaller-scale online orders when required

Checking stock and maintaining accurate order quantities

Ensuring products are handled carefully to prevent damage

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

Completing general warehouse duties and manual handling as required
