Queensland Health on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to deliver high-level, independent clinical physiotherapy. You will lead, supervise and develop junior staff while guiding service delivery with evidence-based practices.

This fixed-term, part-time role supports inpatient units and patient-centred outcomes. Remuneration is pro rata to up to 162,376 AUD per year, with a salary range reflecting 66.92–71.77 AUD per hour.

Exercise professional judgement to a complex caseload, adapting routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence.Provide high level clinical advice, education and influence towards a common patient-centred vision and direction to professional operational teams and relevant stakeholders regarding service delivery.Provide leadership oversight and clinical practice supervision to less experienced Physiotherapy practitioners and students as delegated.Take a leadership role in the monitoring of professional clinical standards and outcomes, service improvement activities, Performance and Development Plans (PDP), quality activities, evidence-based practice, clinical research programsRemuneration based pro rata on equivalent full time value up to $162 376 p.a., comprising salary rates: $66.92 - $71.77 p.h. employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Fixed term temporary part time position, 22.8 hrs p.f. for up to 12 months).
