Job summary

Health Workforce Queensland in Jimboomba is offering a structured New Graduate Program for physiotherapists. You will work with an experienced multidisciplinary team, receive direct mentorship from senior physiotherapists, build a diverse caseload, and participate in regular team meetings to support growth.

The role provides a salary range of 72,000 to 100,000 AUD plus superannuation and a driving allowance, with a 38-hour week and permanent full-time status, plus a dedicated professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master or Doctor of Physiotherapy qualification.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• APA registration.
• Current First Aid certification.
• Current driver's licence.
• Open to sponsorship for candidates residing in Australia.
• Open to applicants with valid authority to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Working with an experienced multidisciplinary allied health team.
• Assessing, treating and managing patients with musculoskeletal and sporting injuries and related conditions.
• Performing muscle, nerve, joint and functional assessments to identify conditions.
• Designing treatment programs to address client goals.
• Treating clients to reduce pain and improve function.
• Utilising manual therapy, exercise, and other modalities.
• Reviewing, monitoring and evaluating treatment programs.
• Consulting with other health professionals regarding client needs and progress.
• Providing guidance to clients and their families for home management.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records.
