Job summary

North Brisbane Allied Health Pty Ltd is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Margate, QLD clinic for casual, full-time or part-time work. New graduates are welcome and supported with mentorship in a collaborative, patient-centred environment.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver interventions, monitor progress, and maintain records while contributing to a positive clinic culture and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Current professional indemnity insurance.
• Strong clinical knowledge and practical skills in assessment and treatment techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patients.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; mentorship and support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological and other conditions
• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy and functional rehabilitation
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed and communicate outcomes with patients and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide patient education and advice on injury prevention, ergonomics and self-management strategies
• Collaborate with other allied health professionals, case managers and medical practitioners to ensure coordinated, patient-centreed care
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture by supporting team members and maintaining professional standards
• Stay current with evidence-based practice and professional development opportunities
