Job summary

Mediix in Hobart is seeking a full-time Physiotherapist to join a well-supported clinic with a team of six experienced physiotherapists. The role offers a mixed caseload and opportunities to run hydrotherapy sessions as part of treatment plans.

New graduates are welcome. The clinic provides strong admin support, modern facilities, and visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
• AHPRA registration (or eligibility).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Interest in hydrotherapy would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy treatment across a mixed caseload.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualised treatment plans.
• Conduct manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programs.
• Facilitate hydrotherapy sessions when required.
• Work collaboratively with the wider allied health team.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and patient documentation.
