Responsibilities
  • Undertake accurate, timely assessments and interventions to internal and external clients consistent with team and individual scope of practice as determined by regular clinical supervision.
  • Provide one-to-one and group interventions in a Community Health setting.
  • Develop care plans in collaboration with clients/participants and other stakeholders to work towards client-centred goals.
  • Identify and support quality improvement processes from a client, quality, and organisational view.
  • Refer for additional support services and appropriate internal and external referrals for group or individual interventions to support a coordinated approach to better health outcomes.
  • Work with a wide range of clinical presentations with a diverse client base.
  • Attend service meetings, staff meetings and other organisational meetings as required.
Qualifications
  • Qualification in Physiotherapy with registration as a Physiotherapist through AHPRA.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Physiotherapist.
  • Well-developed clinical reasoning and practical skills; ability to innovate or problem-solve.
  • Ability to work in teams or autonomously.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and the drive to provide excellent care to all clients.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), and hold a valid WWCC. Full driver licence required and travel between sites required. Candidate will be required to work from all DPV sites.
