Job summary

Bairnsdale Regional Health Service (BRHS) is seeking Grade 2 Physiotherapists to deliver high-quality services across outpatient and community programs. Roles can be tailored to include caseloads in orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, gerontology, neurological or cardiac/pulmonary rehab, with opportunities in mixed inpatient/outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' clinical experience in hospital, community and/or rehabilitation settings.
• Clinical capability across MSK, cardiorespiratory, orthopaedic, neurological or geriatric physiotherapy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative approach to patient care.
• Proven ability to supervise, mentoring and support clinicians and allied health staff.

The Contract:

The Position:

As a Grade 2 Physiotherapist, you will deliver high-quality physiotherapy services within a diverse and collaborative department offering opportunities across outpatient and community-based services or a mixed acute inpatient/outpatient role. Depending on your experience, interests and career aspirations, your role can be tailored to include specific caseloads in orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, gerontology, neurological, vestibular, and cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation.

The Ideal Applicant Will Possess:

• A tertiary degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA.
• At least 3 years' clinical experience in hospital, community and/or rehabilitation settings.
• Clinical capability across one or more areas including musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, orthopaedic, neurological or geriatric physiotherapy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative approach to patient care.
• Proven ability to provide supervision, mentoring and support to clinicians and allied health support staff.
