Job summary

TriBalance, a boutique North Brisbane studio, seeks a qualified physiotherapist to join our Gordon Park team. You'll blend individual physiotherapy with small-group Physio Pilates, mentored by our founder with 21 years MSK experience, growing toward senior clinical leadership.

Four-day work week (38 hours Mon–Thu) with mentoring, professional development and opportunities to teach Reformer and Yoga Basics as you progress. Start February 2027.

Qualifications

• Qualified physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration.
• 2–5 years private practise experience.
• Interest in persistent pain, healthy ageing and exercise rehabilitation.
• Evidence-informed clinical reasoning and approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, individualised exercise and adapt programs.
• Provide clear instruction and progression cues.
• Assess and treat clients using active rehabilitation.
• Explain rehabilitation plans and help schedule appointments.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and follow-up.
• Progressively learn the Physio Pilates pathway and teaching.
• Contribute to the studio community including Reformer and Yoga basics.
