Job summary

Humanity Health Group is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our allied health team in delivering high-quality therapeutic services across NDIS, community, and aged care settings. This role suits clinicians passionate about improving mobility and quality of life for clients across the lifespan.

You will conduct assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and work within a supportive multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care in homes, clinics, and community facilities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver tailored physiotherapy interventions in community settings, clients' homes, clinics, and residential care facilities.
• Support individuals with mobility, strength, balance, pain management, and functional goals.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, carers, and support coordinators.
• Maintain accurate documentation, outcome tracking, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to a quality-driven and client-centred therapy approach.
