Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our allied health team at Lake Haven. This full-time role offers a salary from AUD 82,106 to 110,143 per year, plus superannuation, a vehicle option, laptop and mobile, and salary-boost opportunities.

You will work in an interdisciplinary team to support people with disabilities, using a social-model approach. AHPRA registration, driving licence, and commitment to professional development are required; flexible working options

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy required.
• General AHPRA Registration required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children’s Check.

Responsibilities

• Help break down barriers for people with disabilities to improve quality of life.
• Engage with individuals and families to support goals.
• Work in an interdisciplinary team to provide wraparound supports.
• Provide services in homes, schools, workplaces, or community centres.

• Help break down barriers for people with disabilities, ensuring they achieve the best possible outcomes for a significantly improved quality of life.
• Working in a social model where people live, work, play and learn – homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, or community centres, ensuring no two days are ever the same.
• Engage with individuals and their families to support them in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals.
• Working in an interdisciplinary team, you’ll be able to wrap the right supports around your participants, empowering them to achieve greater outcomes.

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
• General AHPRA Registration.
• A positive and flexible approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children’s Check.
• Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, however not essential.
