Allied Health Services Cassowary Coast is seeking a Rural Generalist Physiotherapist to deliver advanced clinical and consultancy services across hospital, community and outreach settings in regional Queensland. You will lead change management, contribute to policies, and collaborate with the Physiotherapy Director to optimise service provision and patient outcomes.

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• Current AHPRA registration to practice.
• Experience in rural/remote health settings preferred.

Supported by Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service, you'll enjoy diverse clinical experiences, strong professional support, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in regional and rural communities.About your opportunity:In this position you will...Deliver advanced level Rural Generalist Physiotherapy clinical and consultancy services across the broad spectrum of presentations and independently deliver speciality services to a complex, non-routine and varied caseload spanning multiple areas of physiotherapy practice with infrequent clinical practice supervision, to facilitate optimal and safe patient outcomes and facilitate patient flow.Lead change management processes through collaborative development of physiotherapy and allied health clinical practices, policies and protocols and involvement and negotiations with other key stakeholders.Work cooperatively, effectively and assist the Team Leader Allied Health and the Physiotherapy Director to promote optimal service provision and outcomes including assisting and contributing to effective administration and management of resources.For more information about this role, please refer to the attached Role Description.Using AI for your application?
