BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in Tweed Heads, Kingscliff and surrounds. You will deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions to older Australians living at home, supporting independence and mobility under aged care funding programs.

You will be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team guided by Well-Living approach, with opportunities for professional development, clinical supervision and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience delivering physiotherapy in aged care or community settings.
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation or community settings.
• Knowledge of reablement and restorative care models.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.
• Computer literacy and clinical documentation.
• Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Current first aid certificate.
• Alignment with BaptistCare’s values and mission.

Responsibilities

About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Tweed Heads, Kingscliff and surrounds. You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. About You:

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
• Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings
• Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
• Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated computer literacy
• Alignment with BaptistCare’s values and mission
• Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.
