Job summary

Blackall Range Care Group is seeking a part-time Physiotherapist to deliver person-centred physiotherapy services across Sunshine Coast & Gympie communities. You will assess, plan and implement interventions to promote rehabilitation, mobility and safe living at home.

The role supports clients to maintain independence, with a focus on falls prevention and functional outcomes within community settings. Excellent communication and a collaborative approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and intervention skills relevant to community physiotherapy practice.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation, reablement, mobility assessment and falls prevention principles.
• Ability to work independently within a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop goal-focused intervention plans.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions that support rehabilitation, reablement and functional independence.
• Monitor client outcomes and adapt interventions in response to changing needs.
• Support clients to maintain independence and continue living safely within their community.
• Assess mobility, transfers, balance and falls-related risks.
