We are looking for a superstar Physio to join our team! We are open to both new-graduate and experienced Physiotherapists. We provide a friendly, fun and supportive environment for you to excel in

We are open to both Part Time and Full Time Physiotherapists - please just advise on your initial application.

Physio and Fitness Clinic is a busy Clinic in Seaford with five Physiotherapists and four Myotherapists. We love helping our clients to move better and live pain-free. We have a great variety of clients, including athletes, weekend warriors, mums and dads alongside older population and NDIS clients.

We have state of the art facilities, including a fully equipped gym and Pilates studio to help you best treat your clients. We also have VALD performance testing so you can accurately assess improvement in your clients. Our team like to get innovative with our rehab, so you wont get stuck with therabands and 2kg dumbells only!

Depending on your phase of career, newer Physio's (less than 5 years out) will have SUBSTANTIAL learning attached to the role.

8-12 hands-on training sessions (generally completed in the first 12 weeks), and depending on how you are going, this will continue beyond based on your skills and desire to continue learning hands on skills.

Further to this, we will provide you with education on both hands on and physiotherapy (rehab) skills in a 1:1 fashion. This will include (but not limited to):

• Strength training principles
• Recapping assessment and management of musculoskeletal injuries
• How best to structure classes
• Psychological components of rehabilitation
• Thoracic ring technique
• Rehab for specific injuries
• Pre employment training
• The workcover and TAC programs
• Ongoing personal development tutes (both internal and external) throughout the year

Following the first six months, and for those more experienced applicants, you will have an individualized mentoring program with our head of Clinical Skills.
