Job summary

Movement Medic Physiotherapy in Broadmeadows is seeking a Physiotherapist (new graduate or experienced) to deliver high‑quality assessment and rehabilitation across musculoskeletal and sports injuries. You’ll work in a modern, double-story clinic with an on‑site gym, mentorship, CPD support, flexible hours, and a clear growth pathway within our supportive team.

You will contribute to patient-centred care with evidence‑based practice, collaborative learning, and flexible part‑time or full‑time

Qualifications

• Registered or eligible with AHPRA and a Bachelor or Masters in Physiotherapy.
• Strong clinical reasoning with a patient-centred approach.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Experience with exercise prescription and progressive loading principles.
• New-grad friendly environment with mentorship.

Responsibilities

The Role

We’re seeking a passionate Physiotherapist (new graduate or experienced) to deliver high-quality assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation across musculoskeletal and sports presentations. You’ll have the tools, time, and support to do your best work—plus mentorship, CPD support, and a genuine pathway to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualised treatment plans.

Requirements (What You’ll Bring)

• AHPRA registration (or eligibility) and a Bachelor/Masters in Physiotherapy.
• Strong clinical reasoning with a patient‑centred approach.
• Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills.
• Confidence with exercise prescription and progressive loading principles.
• Professional Indemnity/Public Liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).
• Current CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
• Right to work in Australia.

Nice to Have (Bonus Points)

• Interest or experience in MSK/sports, post‑op rehab, or performance.
• Skills in Cupping, dry needling, or return‑to‑sport testing.
• Familiarity with Cliniko practice software and outcome measures.
