Job summary

Plena Healthcare is seeking Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to join our national allied health team delivering evidence-based, personalised care in Residential Aged Care homes across Australia. You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary network and contribute to functional, goal-oriented programs tailored to each resident's needs.

• Current AHPRA registration
• Willing to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check

• Deliver comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support mobility, transfers, and daily living.
• Provide therapy that promotes falls prevention, pain management, arthritic care, and skin integrity.
• Create individualised therapy programs and lead group-based active ageing sessions.
• Work closely with facility staff to review care plans and adjust therapy as residents' needs evolve.
• Embrace flexibility and collaboration within a caring, forward-thinking team.
