Job summary

Axis is looking for an experienced Physiotherapist with a musculoskeletal focus to deliver onsite services in Melbourne. Join a team delivering occupational rehabilitation and physiotherapy at client sites, with a 4-day work week and weekday shifts.

The role offers an 85k–100k FTE salary plus PD allowance and super, with supportive admin time and clear career pathways. You will work directly with employees and managers in onsite clinics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience.
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
• Registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Experience in workplace rehabilitation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Physiotherapy early intervention to employees in the workplace; triage, fit for work, and return-to-work guidance.
• Collaborate with employees, managers and organisations to support a healthy workforce.
• Contribute to Axis' reputation as a market leader in onsite physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

Job description

• Fulltime – 4 day week – between 7am to 6pm Tuesday to Friday
• Days only – no nights or weekends!
• $85k–$100kFTE (based on exp) + PD Allowance + Super

Axis is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist with a background in musculoskeletal care to join our Melbourne team, delivering occupational rehabilitation and physiotherapy services onsite

You will bring the following:

• Experience as a musculoskeletal or private practice Physiotherapist (at least 18 months)
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy
• Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA)
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Full Australian working rights
• Australian drivers license and access to your own private vehicle
• Willingness to undergo background and/or other pre-employment checks
