Job summary

Healthscope Hospitals in Campbelltown, NSW, is seeking an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our busy team on a casual basis.

You will provide specialist physiotherapy within a multidisciplinary environment, focusing on orthopaedic and post-surgical rehabilitation and group or individual programs. The role requires flexibility across 7 days, including weekends and public holidays, with supportive supervision of students and junior staff.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA is essential.

Are you an enthusiastic Physiotherapist looking to join a highly experienced interdisciplinary team? Campbelltown Private Hospital is seekingapplicationsfrom experienced Physiotherapists to join our busy team on a casual basis.

About us

Campbelltown Private Hospital is an 82 bed Medical/ Surgical and Rehabilitation facility with an expanding range of both inpatient and day patient programs. Our purpose built modern facility includes a 34-bed Rehabilitation Centre, which offers state of the art facilities, located in Park Central, the new medical hub of Campbelltown.

The successful applicant will have:

• Current registration with AHPRA essential
• Generalist clinical experience, hospital based surgical & rehabilitation experience desirable – minimum 2-3 years of post-graduate experience
• Strong emphasis on orthopaedic, post-surgical rehabilitation and musculoskeletal skills
• Ability to provide high quality outcome-focused intervention aimed to achieve set goals
• A strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to take initiative and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility in managing a varied caseload and implementing group and individual programs
• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
• Well-developed communication and time management skills
• Ability to provide supervision and professional support for students and other physiotherapists
• Ability to work across 7 days with flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Essential Qualifications

Degree in Physiotherapy

Minimum of 1-year post-graduate experience in an acute hospital setting

Current registration with AHPRA

Experience in Rehabilitation

Experience in Hydrotherapy

Background of exercise physiology

• Current NSW driver’s licence
• Experience in Rehabilitation
• Experience in Surgical and medical
