Job summary

Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is seeking a Physiotherapist to join CO‑ACT at Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre to support older people transitioning from hospital to community care. You will assess and deliver tailored physiotherapy for complex needs and manage a varied caseload with growing independence.

Qualifications

  • Physiotherapy degree eligible for AHPRA registration.
  • Experience in acute or rehabilitation settings with adults.
  • Sound clinical judgement managing complex caseloads independently.

  • Commitment to professional development, service quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and deliver tailored physiotherapy for complex patient needs and support complex discharge planning.
