Job summary

4Cyte Pathology Pty is seeking an experienced Pathology Collector to service Gladstone and surrounding areas. You will collect blood and other specimens from patients and perform ECGs and Holter monitoring with careful sample handling.

In this private Australian pathology practice you will join a busy team, handle clerical duties, and communicate with referring doctors to ensure timely, accurate results and high quality patient care.

Attention to WHS and accuracy is essential.

Qualifications

• Venepuncture experience essential with vacutainer method.
• Experience in ECGs, ABP and Holter monitoring.
• Ability to work alone and as part of a busy team.
• Commitment to patient care and service delivery.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
• Basic computer skills.
• Comply with Work Health and Safety requirements.
