Job summary

Cincotta Chemist Campsie is seeking an experienced Senior Pharmacy Assistant to join our busy team. The role is part-time, roughly 18–20 hours a week, with shifts on weekdays only and no evenings or weekends.

You will support day-to-day operations, handle front-of-shop duties, stock control, merchandising, POS transactions, and assist junior staff. Solid community pharmacy experience and reliable delivery of high-quality customer service are essential.

Cincotta Chemist Campsie is looking for an experienced Senior Pharmacy Assistant to join our busy and progressive pharmacy, working between 18-20 hours a week. The position can be structured to suit someone looking for part time hours, generally over 2 to 3 weekdays per week, with shifts of approximately 6 hours per day. There is no weekend or evening work required. This role would suit someone with solid community pharmacy experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility.

Key responsibilities

Providing friendly and efficient customer service

Placing front of shop orders and liaising with sales representatives

Receiving stock and receipting invoices

Assisting with retail pricing and promotions

About you

Previous experience in Australian community pharmacy

POS experience and sound computer skills

Strong communication and customer service skills

Good time management and organisational skills

Sound knowledge of over the counter pharmacy products

The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team

At least one year of full time equivalent community pharmacy experience

Experience with ordering, merchandising, stock control or retail administration

Some experience supervising or assisting junior staff
