Job summary

Chemist Warehouse is hiring a Retail Pharmacy Assistant for roles across our store network in Woolloongabba, QLD. You’ll help customers, maintain shelves, process transactions at the POS, and support promotions and displays in a fast-paced environment.

Join a dynamic team with ongoing training, a positive culture, staff discounts, and flexible rosters. Prior S2/S3 community pharmacy qualifications are valued, but customer-service excellence is the key requirement.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
• S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded.
• Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with queries, keep shelves stocked and ensure transactions run smoothly.
• Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels.
• Serve customers and process purchases through the POS system.
• Set up displays for catalogue promotions.
