Job summary

Booth Street Pharmacy in Annandale is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Assistant or Retail Manager for weekdays only, with 25 to 38 hours per week. The role offers flexibility between part time or full time hours, usually over 4 to 5 weekdays, with no weekend or evening work required.

You will join a supportive team in a well established independent pharmacy focused on health, service and expert advice. Training opportunities and a clear path to take on greater responsibility are available within

Qualifications

• POS experience and sound computer skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Sound knowledge of over the counter pharmacy products.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Place front of shop orders and liaise with sales reps.
• Receive stock and receipting invoices.
• Assist with retail pricing and promotions.
• Merchandise and maintain an attractive front of shop.
• Keep POS system accurate and up to date.
• Manage credits and related admin tasks.
• Assist with stock control and inventory management.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to part-time and junior staff.
• Collaborate with owners and pharmacists to run the pharmacy smoothly.
