Job summary

Scaffidi Group is recruiting multiple casual and full-time Pharmacy Assistants across our Alice Springs network, including United Chemists Alice Springs, Priceline Pharmacy Alice Springs, and Alice Springs Pharmacy. Successful candidates will be based at a dedicated store.

You will help customers, maintain shelves, handle transactions, and support stock deliveries in a collaborative team with the Retail Manager to ensure efficient store operation and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy or retail experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience handling cash and operating registers.
• Strong customer-first mindset and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the right products.
• Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Maintain visually appealing shelves and displays through merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Ensure accurate pricing and clear product ticketing.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the register.
• Assist with stock management, including receiving and organising deliveries.
