Priceline Pharmacy Hurstville is seeking a passionate Pharmacy Assistant to help customers in a fast-paced, health-and-beauty focused store. You’ll greet customers, provide product knowledge, and assist at the registers while maintaining a bright, welcoming environment.

Formación

• Friendly, approachable and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Proactive with a positive attitude and willingness to help across tasks.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to understand customer needs, solve problems and leave customers satisfied.
• Interest in health and beauty is a bonus but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Provide product knowledge and expert advice to enhance the shopping experience.
• Handle sales at the registers and process transactions efficiently.
• Maintain store presentation to high standards and ensure shelves are stocked and tidy.
• Ensure smooth customer flow at the registers and acknowledge waiting customers.
• Promote and maintain the customer loyalty program to boost retention.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally, referring to the manager when needed.
