Job summary

Chemist Warehouse Southport Brickworks Centre is hiring a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join a busy store network on the Gold Coast. You’ll help customers, stock shelves, handle transactions, and support pharmacy operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers flexible rostering, ongoing training opportunities, team discounts, and a friendly, supportive team culture in a large store located at Brickworks Centre.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
• Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of pharmacy products and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication skills with all stakeholders.
• S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly.
• Assist customers with general queries.
• Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels.
• Serve customers and process purchases through our Point-of-Sale system.
• Setting up displays for catalogue promotions.
