Job summary

Chemist Warehouse, part of the Sigma Healthcare family, is hiring a Retail Pharmacy Assistant at Altona - Pier St VIC. You will assist customers, stock shelves, and process purchases across part-time, full-time and casual shifts in our busy store network.

We value excellent customer service, teamwork, and accurate transactions, with ongoing training, staff discounts, and an Employee Assistance Program to support wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
• S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded.
• Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with queries, keep shelves stocked, and ensure transactions run smoothly.
• Serve customers and process purchases through our POS system.
• Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for on-site interviews at the selected store.
• Successful applicants will be offered a position.
