Job summary

Chemist Warehouse Watsonia is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our busy store. The role offers part-time, full-time and casual hours across the network, with a strong focus on customer service and smooth checkout processes.

You will help customers, restock shelves, and assist with POS transactions while contributing to store displays and promotion setup. Training and EAP support are provided in a friendly, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded.
• Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with all stakeholders.
• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with queries, stock shelves, and process transactions at POS.
• Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels.
• Set up displays for catalogue promotions.
• Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for an on-site interview.
